FCRC GIVES VOLUNTEER OF THE YEAR AWARD

HAZEL KIZER FCRC 2015 VOUNTEER OF THE YEAR

In recognition for her dedication to public service and outstanding support, Hazel Kizer was presented with the 2015 Fauquier County Republican County Committee (FCRC) Volunteer of the Year award. Mrs. Kizer has devoted more than twenty five years in numerous positions such as three terms as President of the Piedmont Republican Women’s Club (PRWC), Board member of PRWC and FCRC ExecutIve Committee, organizing and planning events, captain of Kettle Run precinct, and always involved in day to day campaign activities for local, state, and national GOP candidates. When her name was suggested as a candidate for the award, the response was “perfect choice” , “a great lady”,“tireless worker”, “no one more deserving”.

Kay Hayes, FCRC Chairman praised Mrs. Kizer’s “ strong leadership skills along with her genial and companionable personality that has endeared her to all who have had the privilege to know her and work with her. We are all so privileged and proud to call Hazel one of our own!”
